1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and jlpj (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlpj online gaming platform, including but not limited to the website located at jlpj.cam, mobile applications, and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing or using any portion of the Services, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the jlpj platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the jlpj website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree to any modification, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use jlpj Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: (a) you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in compliance with the legal gambling age requirement in the Republic of the Philippines; (b) you must be a resident of the Philippines or legally present within Philippine territory at the time of accessing the Services; (c) you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law; (d) you must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order; and (e) you must not have been previously excluded or banned from jlpj or any affiliated gaming platform.

When registering for a jlpj account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and physical address. You acknowledge that jlpj may require verification of your identity and age through submission of government-issued identification documents, proof of address, or other documentation at any time, and failure to provide requested verification materials may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password, and you agree not to share your account with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

2.1 Account Restrictions

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with jlpj. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or other identifying information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlpj employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and upon discovery, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, confiscate any winnings, and forfeit any deposits or bonuses associated with such accounts. You may not allow any other person to use your jlpj account under any circumstances. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to another individual.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

jlpj supports a variety of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and other electronic payment services available in the Philippines. All financial transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may vary depending on the payment method selected. jlpj does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, although your payment service provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

When you deposit funds into your jlpj account, those funds are intended solely for gaming purposes and cannot be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. jlpj reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal transaction if we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any unlawful conduct. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as determined by jlpj in its sole discretion.

3.1 Withdrawal Verification and Processing

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, jlpj may require you to complete identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within thirty (30) days of request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes specified in our cashier section, which vary depending on the payment method selected. jlpj reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to thirty (30) days to conduct additional verification or investigation if deemed necessary for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

jlpj offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to players from time to time (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and other conditions set forth in the applicable promotional terms. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are not withdrawable until all wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before bonus funds are converted to withdrawable cash.

jlpj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated wagering with other players, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, as well as potential account closure. jlpj's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding. You may not withdraw deposited funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements, which are typically set at one (1) time the deposit amount, to prevent abuse of the platform for money laundering purposes.

5. Game Rules, Fairness, and Random Number Generators

All games offered on the jlpj platform, including slots, table games, live dealer games, and bingo, are governed by specific game rules that are accessible within each game's information or help section. You agree to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed within the game client and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters directly related to gameplay mechanics.

The outcome of all casino games (excluding live dealer games) is determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and certified by independent auditing firms to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time, with outcomes determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, wheels) rather than RNGs. jlpj does not control or influence game outcomes in any way. All games have a built-in house edge or Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage to players. 5.1 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, incorrect odds display, or any other technical error affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, jlpj reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts. If a technical error results in incorrect crediting of winnings to a player's account, jlpj reserves the right to correct the error by debiting the player's account for the incorrectly credited amount. Players are obligated to notify jlpj immediately upon becoming aware of any game error or malfunction. Deliberate exploitation of known errors or malfunctions is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6. Sports Betting Rules and Settlement

Sports betting services offered through jlpj are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published in the sportsbook rules section of our website. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and placed. jlpj reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit the stake amount for any bet at its sole discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect bonus abuse, coordinated betting, or other irregular betting patterns.

Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or as determined by jlpj based on reputable data providers. If an event is postponed or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply depending on the sport and circumstances, as detailed in our sportsbook rules. jlpj reserves the right to correct obvious errors in bet settlement within thirty (30) days of settlement. In the event of disputes regarding bet settlement, jlpj's decision is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jlpj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activities. We offer various responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and reality check notifications. Once set, responsible gaming limits may be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a cooling-off period of twenty-four (24) hours.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion from jlpj for a specified period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. 8. Prohibited Activities and Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using jlpj Services: (a) using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) creating multiple accounts or allowing others to access your account; (c) using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or manipulate gameplay; (d) colluding with other players or engaging in coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the platform; (e) engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or exploiting bonus terms; (f) using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; (g) attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack jlpj software or systems; (h) transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code; (i) harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jlpj staff; or (j) providing false or misleading information during registration or verification processes.

jlpj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, refuse service, confiscate funds, and void bets if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited activities, violated these Terms, or conducted themselves in a manner detrimental to jlpj or other players. Account termination decisions are final and not subject to appeal. Upon account termination, any remaining balance in your account will be forfeited if the termination resulted from breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or through the jlpj platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of jlpj or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without express written permission from jlpj.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of jlpj Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JLPJ AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF JLPJ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. JLPJ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jlpj Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and jlpj. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, jlpj reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or proprietary rights.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or rules incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlpj regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
